Job Title – Technical Services Manager
Looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a growing food manufacturing business, based out of Wiltshire.
The Role.
- Support the site Technical Manager in ensuring compliance of the company’s manufacturing operations and systems with Customer Codes of Practice & Policy.
- Work with Technical Manager in arranging and supporting all site Technical visits. Co-ordinate any site presentations as necessary. Create visit reports, support Technical Manager in sites in corrective actions and close out actions.
- To build strong professional working relationships proactively with key customer representatives, ensuring their specific technical business requirements are satisfied.
- To support the site Technical Manager in meeting customer expectations relating to technical requirements.
- Interface with multiple on site and head office functions involved in customer project management – including Technical, NPD, Packaging, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing.
The Candidate
- Food Degree ideal
- Chilled experience preferred
- Experience of managing a team
- Hands on Technical Services
- Internal/external audit experience
