About the Role:

As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance within our client’s dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the technical team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing the BRC and retailer audit process, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity and quality.
  • Implementing and managing the HACCP system and food safety policies.
  • Providing guidance on regulatory matters and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Manager role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with BRC standards and retailer audits.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A passion for food safety and quality.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
