About the Role:
As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance within our client’s dynamic food manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the technical team to drive continuous improvement.
- Managing the BRC and retailer audit process, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity and quality.
- Implementing and managing the HACCP system and food safety policies.
- Providing guidance on regulatory matters and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with BRC standards and retailer audits.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- A passion for food safety and quality.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
