The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be analytical, detailed and diligent
- Be able to demonstrate front line communication with internal and external customers
- Have the ability to manage in a pressure environment
- Show a strong sense of customer service
- Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment
- Good organisation skills and computer literate
The Role:
- Manage customer complaints and effectively manage the responses back to customers in a timely manner
- Produce and present complaint data to internal and external customers, demonstrating complaint trends by site, by customer and by complaint type
- Maintain the company technical database portal
- Support the Environmental and Social Governance Manager in ensuring the company sustainability programme is met and aligned with customer requirements
- Technical administration duties to support the company where required
