Job Title: Technical & Ethical Administrator

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will be analytical, detailed and diligent
  • Be able to demonstrate front line communication with internal and external customers
  • Have the ability to manage in a pressure environment
  • Show a strong sense of customer service
  • Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment
  • Good organisation skills and computer literate

 

The Role:

  • Manage customer complaints and effectively manage the responses back to customers in a timely manner
  • Produce and present complaint data to internal and external customers, demonstrating complaint trends by site, by customer and by complaint type
  • Maintain the company technical database portal
  • Support the Environmental and Social Governance Manager in ensuring the company sustainability programme is met and aligned with customer requirements
  • Technical administration duties to support the company where required
