Role Overview: As a Technical Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of our operations while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the intricacies of technical coordination and values building strong relationships with customers. This position is based in Crewe and offers a Monday to Friday schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage documentation related to product specifications, technical requirements, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical coordination or customer service role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
