Job Title: Technical Administrator
Salary: £25,000
The Role:
- Administration duties which will include specification writing, label creation and supplier approval
- Reviewing and updating procedures, production record sheets and quick reference guides
- Completing lab submission forms and liaise with the site QA, arranging allergen and shelf life sampling
- Conducting audits of the manufacturing facility, acting as a part of the internal auditing team and supporting customer complaint investigations
The Candidate:
- Knowledge of BRC and retailer standards is desirable
- Qualifications such as HACCP, Food Safety and auditing
- An interest in food science and technology, nutrition and related subjects
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self starter and driven, with a determined attitude
