Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for seafood? Do you have proven B2B sales experience and thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established and growing food business looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in their seafood division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding their customer base across the South of the UK.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales within the seafood sector, focusing on wholesale customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Manage your own schedule with a mix of remote working (1-2 days per week) and field-based sales across the South of the UK.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

The Candidate:

  • Seafood sales experience is essential – you’ll need a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in wholesale, foodservice, or a related sector.
  • A confident communicator and negotiator with a hunter mentality.
  • Must be based South of Birmingham – ideal locations include Luton, London, Bristol, or surrounding areas.
  • A full UK driving license is required – this is a field-based role.
