The Role:
Seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead to work with our exceptional team. You’ll be instrumental in establishing quality standards, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise 2 QA Technicians.
- Drive compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and audit site procedures and policies for adherence.
- Monitor and report on Food Safety & Hygiene KPIs.
- Collaborate with site management to provide insightful performance reports.
- Uphold our stringent ingredient, process, and hygiene standards.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints, implementing solutions.
- Manage Environmental Monitoring Procedure and risk assessments.
- Support production sanitation and environmental programs.
- Oversee supplier and services management.
- Ensure product leaving site meets safety and customer requirements.
- Lead projects related to Food Safety and Quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- UK Driving License and vehicle is essential.
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship cannot be provided).
- Possess Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety certification.
- Familiarity with Food Safety & Quality Management systems.
- Completed Internal Auditor Training.
- Bring 4-10 years of quality experience.
- Embody a high level of integrity and professionalism.
