Salary – £32,000, rising to £34,500 after past 3 months’ probation
To be responsible for providing electrical / mechanical support to the business. More Mechanical biased. To safely carry out the electrical and mechanical installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of manufacturing machinery, engineering plant and site services.
To electrically and mechanically maintain and repair various types of production machinery in a safe and timely manner ensuring equipment is in a good and safe working condition for use.
Skills & Experience
A recognised apprenticeship or period of formal training (minimum of 3 years) in a multi skilled discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience with a biased to mechanical qualifications
Experience in either:
- Food Manufacturing
- Pharma
- Packaging
- FMCG
- Other
