Shift: Monday – Friday

About the Role
Your primary focus will be on keeping the site running safely and efficiently, using a combination of planned maintenance, fault-finding, and improving reliability.
Key areas you’ll be involved in:
- Troubleshooting and fixing electrical and instrumentation faults across the site.
- Taking a proactive role in planned and preventive maintenance activities.
- Recording maintenance work and analysis in the site’s CMMS.
- Collaborating with the wider team to support mechanical repairs.
- Applying condition-monitoring techniques, such as vibration or thermographic analysis, to identify potential issues.
- Getting involved in CI projects, audits, and inspections.
- Ensuring all work you do is in line with required HSE standards.
About You
You’ll need a solid background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with a focus on reliability and safety.
Here’s what you will need to succeed:
- Recognised electrical/instrumentation apprenticeship.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of fault-finding and repairs in an industrial environment (food, chemical, manufacturing would be ideal).
- Comfortable using maintenance software/CMMS and diagnostic tools.
- Exposure to condition monitoring techniques.
- Proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt and support the team to get the job done.
