We are delighted to welcome Elle Twomey to the Team

Elle joins Silven as a recruitment consultant to continue our success providing recruitment services to food and drink companies, specialising in engineering on the Interim Team.

She comes with a wealth of experience, having spent the last three years in transactional finance recruitment. Elle says, “I offer a bespoke service within Interim Engineering specifically within the food & beverage industry. I’m a people person and love to get to know my candidates/clients on a personal level and hope to build strong relationships whilst at Silven.”

Interim Manager Jeremy Pierce says, “Elle has started with us from a competitor to cover our all of our interim engineering work.

“She brings with her a bubbly personality and has previously spent some time recruiting for engineering in food and drink before, and really enjoys speaking to engineers and engineering managers.
