Position: Wholesale Sales Manager

Location: Park Royal area, with occasional travel required

 

Company: A leading company specializing in high-end luxury food products, targeting wholesale distribution channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive wholesale revenue and expand the company’s presence in the wholesale market.
  • Identify and prioritize potential wholesale partners, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale accounts, ensuring profitability and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials tailored to wholesale partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the luxury food industry.
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with wholesale partners.
  • Deep understanding of the wholesale sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with wholesale partners and attend industry events.

Salary: Competitive salary of approximately £45k, commensurate with experience.
