We’re working with an established food manufacturer that has recently undergone major investment. Their state-of-the-art facility supplies top retailers with high-quality pork products, including bacon, so demand is high and job stability is assured.

The Job

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing operations within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be working a Monday to Friday schedule, covering either early or late shifts (there are set, not rotating!). You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and dealing with any challenges that arise — this won’t be a dull role!

Motivating, coaching, and managing your team will be central to your success, and your ability to adapt will be crucial in this rapidly evolving environment.

About You

You have solid experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within food manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced, complex sector.

You thrive on challenge and enjoy managing change and speed — this isn’t a job for someone looking for a slow or repetitive role!

You’ll also need to be able to commute to our site in Rochdale.

Salary and Package

This Warehouse Supervisor role offers a salary between £32,000 and £34,000, depending on experience. You’ll be joining a highly supportive team and will have the opportunity to grow as the company continues to expand.
