The Role

  • Join as a Warehouse and Stock Manager
  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Leading and supporting a team of seven direct reports
  • Responsible for the intake, stock movement, recycling, and warehousing
  • Working towards short-, medium-, and long-term continuous improvement strategies
  • Responsible for yearly labour budget and quarterly reforecasts
  • Work closely with operational team and senior management
  • Work closely with the finance team to maintain and improve stock accuracy
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team

 

The Candidate

  • Experienced leader in food or FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Managed a team of 40+ employees
  • Warehousing and stock management experience
  • Strong supply chain experience and understanding
  • Demonstrates development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies
  • Track record of developing team
  • ERP experience (preferable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Enthusiastic and positive outlook
  • Excellent communicator
