The Role
- Join as a Warehouse and Stock Manager
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Leading and supporting a team of seven direct reports
- Responsible for the intake, stock movement, recycling, and warehousing
- Working towards short-, medium-, and long-term continuous improvement strategies
- Responsible for yearly labour budget and quarterly reforecasts
- Work closely with operational team and senior management
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain and improve stock accuracy
- Lead, develop, and motivate team
The Candidate
- Experienced leader in food or FMCG manufacturing environment
- Managed a team of 40+ employees
- Warehousing and stock management experience
- Strong supply chain experience and understanding
- Demonstrates development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies
- Track record of developing team
- ERP experience (preferable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook
- Excellent communicator
