Are you looking for a role as a Utilities Engineer in a food manufacturing environment, focusing on optimisation, technical improvement and regulatory compliance in the Utilities department?
The Role:
- Assisting in managing the technical aspects of Safety, Hygiene, Environment and Quality, consistent with the companies procedures and meet regulatory compliance and ASR standards
- Participate in triggered and submitted CI activities where appropriate
- Undertaking small scale projects and supporting independent project works as part of a wider team
- Developing systems to measure and trend key plant technical performance
The Candidate:
- Relevant experience in utilities, boiler operation and power generation in a large process of manufacturing operation
- Educated to degree level in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge
- Experience of large scale process systems with a focus on energy and heat flows
- Good technical understanding of process flows and unit operations
