Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 18-20k, c30k 1st year OTE
Ever dream of working somewhere with a team who have got each other’s back – but also where every single manager has been promoted from within? If you want to get regular promotions, looked after by a business who cares about its staff and who happen to be outstanding at what they do, then have a little read.
This might just be for you.
What you’ll actually do.
This team helps food and drinks manufacturers to recruit star performers incredibly quickly. You’ll spend a lot of your time on the phone speaking to managers and directors who run food and drink factories.
You’ll go round some of the factories, too. A lot of them will make products you know. It might be Heinz, it might be Coca Cola, it might be Muller, it might be Little Moons or some of our many vegan upstart clients.
You’ll work in our offices in the City Centre. They’re actually very nice. It’s just next to the Town Hall, so great for going for drinks and food after work. It’s also about equal distance from Victoria and Piccadilly train stations, so getting in should be a breeze.
You’ll be working in Amy’s team, with Harri as a mentor. Amy started with no recruitment experience and no degree, about four years ago. Harri started about three years ago, with no experience either. They’ve trained several top performers already. They’re now the backbone of the most successful team in their space in the country. So if you want to learn from the very best, and become the very best – then this is probably a good place to start.
We do all the normal recruitment stuff – early finish on a Friday followed by the pub, monthly lunch clubs, quarterly incentives (Skiing, then Croatia, then Oktoberfest in Germany and then New York are this years, if you were wondering!), plenty of training and loads of support. Oh, and Amy and Harri are in their early to mid twenties and both own their own houses. So you can earn a decent crust, too.
You don’t need to have worked in sales, and you don’t need qualifications. If you’ve got the right values, the right attitude and we think you’ll thrive in our culture – then we can train the rest.
