Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful food manufacturer? My client is looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their team.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring compliance, hygiene, quality, retail and production specifications, and auditing
- Updating and reviewing retail product specifications
- Managing and maintaining the raw material, packaging, and services supplier approval system
- Liaising with other departments
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Creating detailed Quality Assurance Standards (QAS) documentation
The Candidate
- Experience working within a food manufacturing environment (essential)
- Degree in food science
- Level 2 HACCP (3 preferred)
- Level 2 Food Safety (3 preferred)
- Understanding of the British Retailer Consortium Global Standard (BRCGS)
The Package:
- Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (mut be flexible)
