The Role.
- The point of contact for the customer technical representative
- Attend customer visits of supplying sites and co-ordinate the response to any actions arising from visit.
- Ensure all factories have the relevant accreditation (BRC, Organic) and maintain a “library” of certificates and reports/non-conformances.
- Responsibility to ensure consistent communication and an effective relationship with customers.
The Candidate.
- Culture fit is key within this business. Outgoing, confident and willingness to stand on your own two feet when necessary.
- Previous experience working within a technical team within a food environment.
- Exposure to customer facing roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English, multilingual would be a benefit.
