The Role.
- Supporting the Technical Sales Consultants to assist with resolving customer issues.
- Working from multiple sites across the Southeast – travel will be an essential part of the role.
- Providing technical support at group level.
- Assisting with product development and product launch liaison.
- Supporting the on-going development of hygiene management systems.
- Supporting the development of training packages.
- Supporting the development and provision of audits; where required and authorised.
- To assist with business growth by providing technical expertise and team discipline to significant prospects.
- Providing expert advice – by developing individual specialist skills for support on food safety
- Promoting of the company through the writing of technical guides, case studies / articles for internal and external use.
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop long standing business relationships
- Technical food safety, hygiene experience or similar
- Industry experience is preferable
- Self-motivated, results driven, with a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence.
