The Job
- Manage the Technical team at the factory.
- Lead all BRC and customer audits for the site.
- Strengthen the existing customer relationships, by reducing customer complaints and increasing trust for the site.
- Be part of the senior leadership team, ensure cross-department cooperation and help bring new ideas to the site moving forward.
About you
- Experience developing relationships with retailers.
- Proven BRC track record.
- People person who can work across departments and develop their own team.
- Experience working on a site medium to large site.
