Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain best practices in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance efficiency, product quality, and overall operational excellence.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical team.
Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new products and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a technical management role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and production processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with audits and compliance assessments.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days a week
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
