Position Overview: As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in the production of our food products. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is excited about making a significant impact on our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control processes to guarantee the consistency and safety of our food products.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the production facility.
4. Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party partners to uphold quality standards throughout the supply chain.
5. Investigate and resolve any product quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in product development and production processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a technical management role within the food industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
