We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company and take on a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure adherence to Health and Food Safety standards
– Manage HACCP systems and regulatory compliance.
– Alongside Head of Technical, host audits from BRC, Retailors and other Customers.
– Lead personnel development within Technical Department.
Requirements:
– Quality Management experience within Food Manufacturing.
– Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as Commercial and Operations.
– Experience with BRC audits.
– Willingness to carry out hands-on aspects of food quality.
