The Job
- Manage the Technical team at the factory with hygiene reporting to you.
- Knowledge and experience of GMP, BRC and Red Tractor.
- Strengthen the existing customer relationships, by reducing customer complaints and increasing trust for the site.
- Be part of the senior leadership team, ensure cross-department cooperation and help bring new ideas to the site moving forward.
About you
- Proven BRC track record and 3rd party audits.
- Experienced in Managing a Technical department.
- Working with meat-based products (advantageous).
