Are you a Quality Management and SAP and S/4HANA expert, ready to lead a transformational change? Do you thrive in a leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strategic vision? We have a fantastic opportunity for a day rate, contract opportunity (outside IR35) with a likely 12-month duration.
About the Role
You will be knowledgeable in both ERP implementation and the field of quality and food safety in the food manufacturing sector. You’ll be leading the development and deployment of SAP QM across multiple markets. You will drive change, transitioning from legacy quality management technology to SAP S4/HANA, ensuring optimized processes and improved ways of working.
This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change across executive, functional, and manufacturing levels.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead the global deployment of SAP QM, ensuring smooth implementation and business adoption.
🔹 Ensure technical excellence, aligning SAP QM design and data strategy with business requirements.
🔹 Build strong working relationships across Quality and IT functions, influencing senior stakeholders and functional teams.
🔹 Manage system development to support and maintain BRC AA+ quality rating.
🔹 Oversee change management and training, ensuring full adoption by local teams.
🔹 Work with the IT deployment firm and a team of SAP QM experts to ensure seamless data migration, system validation and accurate data is gathered.
🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and ensuring continuous improvement post-implementation. Working closely with site based stakeholders and manufacturing SLT.
