The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive clean energy and sustainability practises throughout the business:
- Project management of key energy and sustainability initiatives
- Produce monthly and annual reports on social, environmental, and financial benefits
- Work closely with operations team to help them achieve energy and sustainability targets
- Provide and receive complex information relating to energy management, carbon reduction, sustainability, and governance matters
- Be the business advocate for sustainability and present internally / to key customers
The Candidate:
- Degree in Energy and Sustainability (or similar qualification)
- Track record of implementing energy and sustainability strategies
- Excellent knowledge of sustainability market trends and agricultural knowledge
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Comfortable presenting to internally and externally
- Passionate about industry
