The Role
The Supplier Compliance Manager required to manage the selection and approval of raw materials and suppliers and ensure the ongoing quality and suitability of all ingredients raw materials used on site.
Maintain and develop the processes for the management of existing, new and alternative suppliers and co-packers.
Responsible for the hold & release management of raw materials/ trial raw materials in a timely manner.
Manage the ongoing assessment of raw materials to maintain/ improve product quality and plant efficiency.
You will have 2 direct reports and leadership is key to this position. Ideally, you will have people-management experience and be able to demonstrate an inclusive leadership style.
