Site Senior Quality Manager (Milton Keynes) – £45,000 – £50,000
Are you a passionate quality professional with experience in the food manufacturing industry? We’re looking for a Site Senior Quality Manager to join our established factory in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you’ll lead the way in:
- Overseeing all quality control processes
- Managing a team of quality professionals
- Maintaining a testing program for our products
- Representing the company during audits
- Identifying and resolving quality issues
- Continuously improving our quality standards
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing quality control
- A strong understanding of quality management principles (BRC preferred)
- Experience working with retailers and customers on quality matters
- Leadership and communication skills to manage a team
- A problem-solving mentality and a focus on continuous improvement
