Shift Pattern: 4-week rotating shifts (Days and Nights)

Salary: c. £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery during assigned shifts.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize the performance and reliability of manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to creating a secure working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Shift Engineer in a manufacturing or food production setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify technical issues.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and automated production machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a 4-week rotating shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.
• Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications.
