Reporting into the Technical and NPD functions, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the product launch of NPD and EPD activities on site…
- Deliver success product launches
- Manage and develop process team
- Lead trials, manage customer panels (internal and external) and expectations
- Communicate across multiple functions within the business
- Take ownership of problematic products and conduct root cause analysis
- Ensure process department in audit ready
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing environment in a process technologist role
- Degree in Food Science or Technology
- Experienced in a coaching / developing people
- Major retailer customer experience
- Able to work flexible hours and travel
The Package:
- Salary c. £30,000 – £35,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
