Summary:
Do you have a passion for innovation and new product development as well as great people management skills? Innovation is the core of this companies business and they’re looking for an experience NPD Manager to join their team!
The Role:
- Drive and proactively engage with teams such as Innovation and Commercial as well as Suppliers and Customers to develop and submit ideas for business growth and follow innovation best practices
- Be at the forefront of and drive marketing, application, and formulation innovation
- Manage scale up through pillow to commercial volumes and support the introduction of innovations in the market
- Own, improve and follow the Innovation Process
The Candidate:
- A food related degree, preferably in Food Science or Science related
- Minimum 10 years experience, with previous experience in food product development and formulations
- Experience dealing with both retailers and QSR sectors
- Experience working within beverages is essential, (additional experience covering dairy, confectionary and bakery categories alongside beverages is desirable)
- Able to bring a product to market
- Lead a team and motivate others, using excellent communication skills
