The Role:
Reporting to the NPD Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for,
- Assisting in the development of new, innovative and existing product concepts to meet internal and external briefs
- Maintaining kitchen practices to ensure adherence to company and legislative procedures
- Developing relationships with suppliers
- Supporting the team by challenging conventional development to deliver differentiated products
The Candidate:
- Needed experience within fast paced food manufacturing environments
- Must have been a development chef – needs industry and commercial experience
- Strong presentation skills
The Package:
- Salary up to £45,000
