This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Client may also consider a daily rate/interim option.

Do you have strong SAP and Project Management experience? Fancy playing a key role in a business transformation project with a leading, multinational food manufacturer?

About the Role:

We’re working exclusively with a food business undertaking a major SAP implementation project. This is a key role in the project team and you’ll play a fundamental role in leading change as they move from legacy systems to SAP S4/HANA.

This is a high-profile role where you’ll be working with key stakeholders and acting as the link between food technical/quality teams, IT specialists and the wider business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a new SAP Quality Management solution across multiple markets while ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Project management, overseeing SAP QM implementation from planning through to go-live.
  • Managing data migration, system testing, and quality assurance.
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholder and operations teams to drive system adoption.
  • Ensuring compliance, maintaining food safety standards, including BRC, HACCP, and ISO 9001.

About You:

We’re looking for a blend of technical knowledge, food/drink experience, and well-honed project management skills.

  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA in a food or drink manufacturing environment.
  • A solid background in quality management and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully leading multi-site ERP implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work well with stakeholders, project team members, and colleagues at all levels across the business.
  • Experience of managing data migration and change management projects.
