Position: Sales Director

Location: Park Royal area, commutable from Monday to Friday with occasional customer visits

Company: A renowned company specializing in high-end luxury food products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of 5 managers to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across both branded and private label product lines.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize market insights and industry knowledge to identify trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand objectives.
  • Provide regular performance analysis and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to commute to Park Royal and visit customers as needed.

Salary: Competitive salary of approximately £70k, commensurate with experience.
