• Lead and motivate a team of Quality Assurance (QA) specialists and the hygiene team.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring products meet the highest standards for safety and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits, manage customer visits, and implement procedures to maintain M&S and industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to identify and address potential quality issues.
