About the Role:

As a Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across our client’s operations. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality excellence. Your experience with digitalisation and system enhancements will be pivotal in advancing our client’s quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes into all aspects of production and operations.
  • Utilize digital tools and technologies to streamline quality processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Experience with digitalisation and the implementation of digital quality systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
