Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Salary: Up to £28k (DOE)
The Role
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and practices in line with the Storage and Distribution BRC latest standard, Demeter standard and any other business protocols. Report any concerns to the Technical Manager
- Assist with the investigation of non-conformances / customer complaints and contribute to the identification and implement of corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence
- Supporting operations in short to long term strategies surrounding product quality
- Perform all duties of QC as required
The Candidate:
- 1+ years’ experience as a QA in a food manufacturing environment – minimum requirement
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Organised
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent team member
- Good attention to detail
