The Role:

Seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead to work with our exceptional team. You’ll be instrumental in establishing quality standards, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 2 QA Technicians.
  • Drive compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain and audit site procedures and policies for adherence.
  • Monitor and report on Food Safety & Hygiene KPIs.
  • Collaborate with site management to provide insightful performance reports.
  • Uphold our stringent ingredient, process, and hygiene standards.
  • Lead investigations into customer complaints, implementing solutions.
  • Manage Environmental Monitoring Procedure and risk assessments.
  • Support production sanitation and environmental programs.
  • Oversee supplier and services management.
  • Ensure product leaving site meets safety and customer requirements.
  • Lead projects related to Food Safety and Quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • UK Driving License and vehicle is essential.
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship cannot be provided).
  • Possess Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety certification.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety & Quality Management systems.
  • Completed Internal Auditor Training.
  • Bring 4-10 years of quality experience.
  • Embody a high level of integrity and professionalism.
