The Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving KPI’s and targets
- Supporting risk assessments and projects
- Supervising all aspects of labour resources / materials
- Assist and support the financial management of production and implement lean manufacturing techniques
- Manage internal / external customer requirements and expectations to achieve quality service
- Ensure technical, health and safety, and compliance procedures are being met
- Develop and train staff
The Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory / leader experience in food / FMCG production
- Track record of planning and supporting projects, tasks, labour, and resources
- Experienced in coaching and developing team
The Package:
- Salary £33,000
- Monday – Friday (no weekends!)
