Are you open to a new position as a Production Supervisor?

• Established food manufacturer who have been going for years.
• They produce something which the retailers LOVE, so their orders are through the roof – this means job stability.
• They’re building a new factory to help with demand, which means opportunities for progression.

The Job

You’ll be production supervisor in a rapidly changing, complex food manufacturer.

• Covering a back shift, working from either 2pm or 3pm to either 10pm or 11pm.
• Managing a diverse team with loads of challenges from the product AND the customers – it will not be boring!
• Motivating, coaching, and managing a good-sized team.

About you

You

• You’ve got experience working in a chilled food environment, OR, working in a very fast paced complex environment.
• You enjoy the challenge that comes with fast pace and with change. This isn’t a slow, boring environment, so please don’t apply if your main driver is a very simple, predictable job!
• You’re able to get to the site, which is in Park Royal.

Salary and package.

This production supervisor role pays £40,000 a year (£40k). There is discounted food onsite, there’s a strong team ethos and there a lot of opportunities for progression due to the new factory build and demand for their products.
