The Role:
- Ensure the smooth scale up and manufacturing process development for new products as part of the concept to launch process, in line with technical and quality standards.
- Support Packaging trial in line with NPD initiatives and strategies
- Plan, organise and control resources, i.e. ingredients, time, packaging
- Challenge our factory processes, looking for CI opportunities.
- Set up and develop benchmarking panels
- Support NPD Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time
The Candidate:
- A Food Science related qualification is preferable
- Experience in packaging as well as process
- Preferably chilled or equivalent knowledge/ experience
- Experience following critical path from concept to launch
- Retailer experience
- Willing to travel as part of their role
