We are recruiting for a Process Technologist to work as part of an NPD team focused on managing and assisting in the product development from kitchen through to factory launch, for both our retail and foodservice accounts.
The Role:
- Developing new market ready products in line with current market trends
- Keeping up to date with nutritional guidelines to implement on new and existing product
- Managing critical pathways
- Presenting new products to customers
- Packaging and customer samples
- Liaising with customers, NPD managers and relevant departments
The Candidate:
- A self-starter, can do attitude and enthusiasm is essential
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment in one of the following areas: Development, Technical, Production or Graduated in related discipline
- Good organisational skills and project coordination
- Good attention to detail and spots opportunities for improvement
- A pragmatic problem solver and agile in finding solutions
- A self-starter who is keen and driven to improve
- Ideally a Degree in Food Science
- Food Hygiene and Safety and HACCP qualifications
