The Role:
Reporting to the Technical/Process Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for
- Leading category / customer Product Development activity to achieve great food and commercial targets
- Managing projects for customers and categories to meet the critical paths and feasibility plans
- Introducing, refining, and robustly testing the design of new product concepts
- Leading the product development team throughout the implementation phase, tracking progress, and resolving any issues
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing accurate and consistent communication
The Candidate
- Degree educated, ideally in consumer science or equivalent
- Food manufacturing experience
- Management experience with demonstratable leadership qualities
- Preferable experience with short shelf life products
