The Role
- Reporting to the Head of HR, you would be accountable for all development and training strategies, plans and processes to support business goals
- Design and deliver the highest quality training courses based on the individual and business needs
- Continuously improve training and analyse processes to identify areas where training can be implemented or further developed
- Work closely with store managers, other departments and stakeholders to understand the full training requirements
- Utilise a variety of training techniques including both physical and virtual classroom, coaching and e-learning
- Ensure all training is regularly reviewed and within budget
The Candidate
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively
- Passionate about people development, food service and hospitality
- Self-motivated with limitless enthusiasm
- Retail and hospitality background is preferred with experience in an operational role
- Experience writing managerial training courses
- Hands-on trainer
