Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

This isn’t a ‘business as usual’ role. The site has gone through significant investment and change. There are plenty of positives but they’re still facing some challenges. They’re now looking for a period of stability and strong leadership, which is where you come in.
About the Role:
- Collaborating with colleagues in the senior team and wider business to deliver and support site strategy.
- Leading the production team from the front to drive engagement and performance
- Assessing and reshaping your team, so it is fit for purpose, with the right people, skills and resources in place.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team with a focus on succession planning.
- Identify and implement new, improved ways of working to drive performance and efficiencies.
About You:
You’ll need to have a background in food manufacturing and we’re keen to hear from anybody with the following skills and experience:
- Proven leadership skills, with demonstrable experience of developing and improving teams, succession planning, and performance management.
- A proactive, CI focused mindset – somebody who can identify and solve problems.
- Change management – able to take people with through periods of change.
- Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
