The Job
- Create new and innovative dessert concepts from customer and internal briefs
- Manage projects from concept through to launch.
- Develop kitchen samples in conjunction with NPD processes & procedures.
About you
- Competent pastry chef/ baker with experience of creating new products and recipes.
- Experience of working in NPD department.
- A love of bakery!
- Good understanding of bakery techniques..
