The Role:
Reporting to the NPD Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for,
- developing innovative products as well as the continuous improvement of existing products and ranges to meet market trends and customer expectations
- managing and facilitating shelf-life trials
- liaising with supply chain, warehousing, and suppliers
- developing recipes, bespoke ingredients, new ingredients, and packaging
- attending factory trials, customer pre-pros and launches, whilst overseeing product quality
The Candidate:
- knowledge of ingredients is essential, specifically bakery
- food science degree preferred but not essential
- must be willing to learn and grow
- someone with drive and passion
The Package:
- £27,000
