The Role

In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of new product development. You’ll work alongside a team of experts to transform ideas into delicious reality, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and retailer specifications.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Food Science or related degree.
• Has experience working within the food industry, ideally with retailer experience.
• Possesses excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of food science principles.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys brainstorming innovative ideas.
• Is a great communicator who can bridge the gap between technical knowledge and commercial viability.
