Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support NPD accounts, collaborate on customer briefs, tenders, and project management.
- Coordinate concept-to-launch for key accounts, handle NPD sampling, raw material sourcing, and dummy orders.
- Attend and lead NPD meetings, update and maintain project trackers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, assist in workload planning and management.
- Support internal and external NPD projects, category reviews, and pre-artwork meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Critical Path proficiency in manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in retailer sample requirements.
- Strong team player with excellent organization.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Holds a driving license for business use.
- Self-motivated with effective workload management.
