The Role
- Reporting into the commercial director, you will manage product development from concept to launch and ensure new products are creative and of the highest quality
- Continuously improve current products and processes to provide best service to customers
- Lead, inspire and motivate a small team of people within the NPD department
- Ensure compliance with all customer and quality standards
- Maintain key relationships with customers and the internal teams
The Candidate
- Food science qualification or equivalent
- Strong experience launching new products and working in a similar role
- Experience developing sauces and other similar ambient products is preferred
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
