The Role:
Reporting to the Head of R&D, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the NPD strategy for the site
- Deploying innovation funnel processes for both brand and non brand
- Leading and educating on the Stage and Gate Process
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Engaging the team and creating a ‘truly’ foodie environment
The Candidate
- Food science degree
- Food manufacturing is essential
- Knowledge of product development life cycle, QMS, Food Labelling, and Product specifications
- Great communicator
- Decisive and capable leader
The Package:
- £45,000 FTC (1 year)
